step 1.

order form

  • Please fill out the order form, making sure that it is completed with details of event, number of guests, cake flavors, design, special requests, and/or number of desserts and flavors.

  • Please place order with the required advance notice indicated in each category under menu.

step 2.

consultation

  • You will receive a response to your message within 24-48 hours.

  • Based on your info, we will create a custom cake or dessert design option and price quote.

  • Please understand that custom cakes are very time consuming and labor intensive, which is also considered in the price.

  • The final price will be determined after the consultation.

step 3.

payment

  • When you are ready to move forward with the order, we will send you an invoice.

  • A 50% non-refundable initial deposit is required to guarantee your order and hold the event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid one week before the event date.

step 4.

delivery

  • We take great care in delivering your final product, ensuring its safety during transportation and setup.

  • Delivery fees are $25-50, depending on distance of event location.


cancellation policy

  • Once the initial deposit is made, cancellations can only be made before the remaining balance is due. The deposit is non-refundable because it was used to secure your event date, which meant turning down potential business from other customers.

  • If a cancellation occurs, due to unforeseen circumstances, less than a week before the event, we will issue a credit towards your next order for the remaining balance, less the deposit. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund, due to the time and money already spent in preparing your order.
