order form
Please fill out the order form, making sure that it is completed with details of event, number of guests, cake flavors, design, special requests, and/or number of desserts and flavors.
Please place order with the required advance notice indicated in each category under menu.
step 2.
consultation
You will receive a response to your message within 24-48 hours.
Based on your info, we will create a custom cake or dessert design option and price quote.
Please understand that custom cakes are very time consuming and labor intensive, which is also considered in the price.
The final price will be determined after the consultation.
step 3.
payment
When you are ready to move forward with the order, we will send you an invoice.
A 50% non-refundable initial deposit is required to guarantee your order and hold the event date.
The remaining balance must be paid one week before the event date.
step 4.
delivery
We take great care in delivering your final product, ensuring its safety during transportation and setup.
Delivery fees are $25-50, depending on distance of event location.
cancellation policy
Once the initial deposit is made, cancellations can only be made before the remaining balance is due. The deposit is non-refundable because it was used to secure your event date, which meant turning down potential business from other customers.
If a cancellation occurs, due to unforeseen circumstances, less than a week before the event, we will issue a credit towards your next order for the remaining balance, less the deposit. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund, due to the time and money already spent in preparing your order.
